The Ai Suite cleaner doesn't work unfortunately. You have to stop and remove all services manually. If you don't know how it works, just send your PC to a repair center, and send the bill to Asus, because the know all of those problems, but doesn't fix them. Send them an invoice with your costs and all your hours of time. Use your legal insurance if they don’t want to pay it!
