rog strix z370-f gaming dram-led issue

Hello i bought last november the rog strix z370-f gaming. Now i`m building the pc and the PC cant POST! The DRAM-Led on the board is always on in orange color.

The RAM-Kit 2x16GB 3200Mhz (HyperX HX432C18FBK2/32 ) is in the compatible list for this board.

I did all recommended procedures to solve the issue:
    - tried all RAM-Slots
    - clear CHMOS (removed the batterie)
    - removed graphic card
    - checked all cables
    - removed the cooler and checked cpu for pins

Nothing is working, it shows always straight the DRAM-Led!
Maybe its the BIOS? I guess the board where i bought last fall has an older version and maybe an newer will solve the problem?
Could the 3200Mhz RAM be the issue?
Has maybe someone the same RAM whit the same board running?

    Thanks for any advise

What are you using for a hard drive? Are you using M.2 or SATA SSD or maybe PCI SSD? You should fill out your system specs if you want more help.

Try posting with all of your USB peripherals (and drives) disconnected and with just one stick of memory in the furthest slot from the CPU socket.

Recheck the CPU socket for bent or broken pins.

If you still can't post, I would be looking at the PSU as the possible issue.
