Did you reinspect the CPU socket closely for bent or broken pins?

Unfortunately the only way that I know to test a PSU is to swap it out with a unit that is know to be in good working condition.

i go now to a PC-Support Store. I guess they have the tools to further check.

OK the result from my PC-Support-Store trip last week:
The RAM-Sticks are faulty!
We changed at first the RAM-Sticks with oder 3200Mhz Sticks and the PC booted up like a charm.

Today the warranty replacement RAM same Kit HyperX HX432C18FBK2/32 arrived.
But same dram-led issue again!!!

I guess to only and last solution is to upgrade to the newest bios-version.

be careful on how to install the memory sticks. Make sure to clean the memory modules and memory slots. Did you use 2133Mhz frequency speed for the new RAM?

went back to the pc-support-store to update to the newest BIOS-Version and this solved finally the issue!!!
