hii

i buoth my new leptop mounse ago and i upgrade the win to win 10 pro

i have problem with bachlight in keyboard

the keyboard can change brightness but i cant change color.

i try to install arua core from store bat the app donot open
i serch in this web and try everything and noting halp.

really need yours help.

In GL503VD there is 4 zone LED backlit, but there is no option like rainbow effect like that comes while laptop is in sleep mode, Please anyone have some Mods or something please reply

Just update your keyboard firmware

You should probably do a fresh install of windows and all software just to be safe, but a firmware update might fix.
