I bought a motherboard off someone and it was an asus rampage III extreme it came with that a 980x and 6gb of ram but I cannot get any of the usb's to work and it's driving me mad my bios is up to date but it didn't come with any drivers could that be the problem if so what drivers would I need to fix that when I plug my keyboard in razer blackwidow ultimate it doesn't light up and it says usb not detected when I plug my mouse in it lights up a bit and says usb not detected I'm running windows 8.1
