GL703GM - Reinstalled Windows, but can't find ROG Aura Core software

I did a Windows vanilla reinstall (not ASUS OEM Windows). I got all drivers and most software installed. But now I can't find a working Aura Core software anywhere. I want to change my laptop backlit LED settings.

The online driver resource list does NOT list Aura or Aura Core. (https://www.asus.com/us/Laptops/ROG-Strix-GL703/HelpDesk_Download/). (Frustratingly, for other laptop models, Aura Core does show up in the supported software).
Windows store has Aura and Aura Core. Both will install, both will "run", but nothing displays (Task Manager says it's running).

Reading around forums, this is a fairly common problem. But I'm not aware of a solution for the GL703 model. Any ideas here?

Go to your models downloads; under utilities make sure you've installed:
Aura Lighting Service
ROG Aura Core Component
You then need:
ROG Aura Services:
AacSetup.msi
AuraServiceSetup.msi
This worked perfectly for my model GL703GE; your lighting and core component are probably already installed.
If you can't find your ROG Aura Services on your computer or in your eSupport folder let me know I'll get them to you,
I think the links I used to download them are missing. I don't know how to find them or where they come from.

ROG Aura Core is a windows 10 store app, your models downloads link you to it, it is there I looked.

return to your driver page and read the instructions under rog aura core component download.

Installing the Lightning Service and the Aura Core Component did the trick for me. After those two were installed then ROG Aura Core worked.
