So, no news from ASUS?
They totally abandoned ROG gaming laptop support as far as ROG AURA Core is concerned?

The only workaround when it gets stuck with unusually high CPU usage is to open Services and Restart "LightingService".Last edited by hexaae; 12-07-2019 at 09:13 AM.

what aura version are you guys using? Mine is AURA 1.07.71 with aura service 3.03.56 and my cpu usage at idle is only 1-5% with RGB on breathing pattern mode.

I have an I7 9700k overclocked all core to 4.9 GHZ via IPM. At Balanced power setting ( Aura Breathing Pattern) with Chrome and HWMonitor opened its idling at Lowest 800 MHz with core spikes highest at 4.6 GHZ at 1-5% cpu utilization Originally Posted by V1lle

mine is less than 5 percent as mentioned previously. Something is wrong with your set up guys. use the latest aura with latest lighting service

Dont use armoury crate ... that thing is buggy as it is still in BETA. use Aura (lighting control 1.07.71) and Armoury II (V30037), Aura service 3.03.56 Originally Posted by Nesall

So shouldn't I use the recommended software on my motherboard's support page? No more direct links from AURA software on the page, now only from Armory Crate. I formatted my system to build 1909 and I've no longer the old AURA install files ... Originally Posted by ROGStrixGL12CX
