I'm getting this MB: ASUS ROG STRIX B360-F GAMING LGA1151 (300 Series) DDR4 DP HDMI DVI M.2 ATX Motherboard and was wondering the best setup for a SSD, getting the sata or the pci-e setup? I have windows 10 64 bit. Thanks

Also will this MB support booting from a NVMe SSD?

Absolutely!

You won't regret getting the PCI-e NVMe M.2 SSD.
Intel i9 10850K@ 5.3GHz
ASUS ROG Strix Z490-E
Corsair H115i Pro XT
G.Skill TridentZ@ 3600MHz CL14 2x16GB
EVGA RTX 3090 Ti FWT3 Ultra
OS: WD Black SN850 1TB NVMe M.2
Storage: WD Blue SN550 2TB NVMe M.2
EVGA SuperNova 1200 P2
ASUS ROG Strix Helios GX601

Well I checked prices after I posted this not realizing the difference between formats. Which one of these would you suggest?
https://www.newegg.com/Product/Productcompare.aspx?CompareItemList=636%7C20-250-092%5E20-250-092%2C2... And will I be able to boot from it?

I wouldnt suggest any of these, get PCIe NVMe drives. With this selection you would be better off just getting the 2.5 inch sata SSDs

I would suggest a samsung 970 pro that will be at least 6 times faster than the choices you have listed.

Yeah I wish I could but I have a budget, no more than 300.00, just spent almost 400 on the cpu and MB
