Maximus X Hero: Bios update error: Selected file is not a proper BIOS!

Hello everyone!

I went into ASUS EZ Flash 3 Utility and attempted to update my BIOS to 1401. But I receive the following message: Selected file is not a proper BIOS!

I downloaded the file onto a 2GB USB flash drive and connected to a USB port on back of motherboard. The file listed is: ROG-MASIMUS-X-HERO-ASUS-1401.CAP

Was I supposed to modify this file or do something else in order to properly update my BIOS? All help appreciated!

OS: WIN 10 64 Bit
CPU: i7-8700K @3.7GHz
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i Water Cooler

I wanted to give an update: I already formatted the USB flash drive in FAT32, also downloaded another file from website in case first was corrupt. I tried different USB ports.

Any other ideas??

Rename the File as M10HWIFI.CAP then copy to USB Device.

Don't feel bad, I did the same thing when I first got the board.
