New Rig question Asus Prime X-370 Pro [RAM]

    Total newbie question.

    System Specs
    Motherboard: Asus Prime X-370 Pro
    Processor: Ryzen 7 1700x 8-Core Processor 3.40 GHz
    Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) Model F4-3000C15D-32GVR
Graphics Card #1: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070
Storage #1: Samsung 960 Evo M.2 1 TB NVMe SSD
Storage #2: Samsung 850 Evo 1 TB SSD
CPU Cooler: Corsair Liquid Cooler H110i
    Case: Corsair
Power Supply: EVGA Supernova 750 B2
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64 bit

When installing new ram into my board [G.Skill] and I go into UEFI. I know to set my ram to DOCP and then change memory frequency to DDR4-3000.

Is there any other settings for RAM I need to set up or check for stability?

    Hello metacookiebrownie

When setting your ram manually you need to set the frequency, voltage and timings.
