Ram not showing proper speed?

i enabled XMP on my ram sticks ( Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3200 Memory ) in advanced mode, rebooted the computer, it says in EZ mode that its current status is 2133mhz?? is this normal? but when i go to advanced mode it says 3200mhz.:eek::eek:

Download CPUz...it's free....look on the "Memory" Tab...should read half (DDR) your memory speed
