for audio the message at the Realtek site says

Audio drivers available for download from the Realtek website are general drivers for our audio ICs, and may not offer the customizations made by your system/motherboard manufacturer. To be sure you obtain the full features/customizations provided in your original audio product, please download the latest drivers from your system/motherboard manufacturer's website.

    **EDIT**
Ok, there seems to be an issue with Google Chrome. I select an OS and nothing happens. Just tried in IE and some drivers show up. Maybe that will help someone else using Chrome? Usually a popup would show saying you need java or flash, but nothing.
This happens on my laptop at work, but my home PC is fine. Not sure what the deal is.
