I was thinking the same thing, Is it to control AURA compatible devices or you can make a device compatible with AURA ???
I am an electrical engineer to save time let's assume I am always right!

It is to control all the connected Aura devices, such as DRAM, Motherboard LED's, Aura RGB headers and peripherals.
