Hi,

G-Sync On
+ V-Sync On in NVIDIA Control Panel
+ V-Sync Off in game
+ Limit the FPS to the max rate of your monitor in game
+ Double/Triple Buffering Off in game
+ Reduce Buffering On in game.

If it does not suit you, turn off G-Sync and activate Fast-Sync :

G-Sync Off
+ Fast-Sync On in NVIDIA Control Panel
+ V-Sync Off in game
+ Limit the FPS to the max rate of your monitor in game
+ Double/Triple Buffering Off in game
+ Reduce Buffering On in game.

G SYNC ON + V SYNC ON (NVCP) +-3 FPS CAP (using RTSS)

Absolutely no screen tearing under any circumstances with no noticeable input lag in my experience.

Blurbusters recommends the above as well.
