Hi all, I have finished building up a system I have put into a relic of an Alienware Area 51 X58 case. The system comprises of;

Asus P8P67 Deluxe MB ( I took the battery out for 48 hours to wipe the bios)
I7-3770K cpu with a CM Hyper 212 EVO on top
4 x 8GB G-SKill Ripjaws ram sticks
EVO Labs 450w psu
Asus Strix GTX-1050Ti

I got it built up over a few weeks of sourcing the parts ( all used, except the EVO 212), but couldn't get any display, so I put it into a pc repair store. After 2 days, they got a display up, but said there was an issue with the ram sticks, they weren't compatible with the motherboard. There is currently only 1 stick in 1 slot, 3 others are empty. I got the ram sticks 2nd hand, and saw them all four registered on the computer they came out of. So anyway, I've I need to get an update for the BIOS, to 3002 is it, or something like that.

Can I do this on the fly with the aforementioned pc, or do I need to get another to do it? Also, the previous owner overclocked the cpu, so I would like to turn it back down to a less life threatening 3.6-.7 GHZ.
