I bought a new motherboard, I can not charge usb when computer is off

I bought the Asus Rog B350-F motherboard. I used ASUS motherboard for the first time, I used gigabyte, even when the computer was off, I could charge my devices from USB. now i can not find this in the bios screen i can not find. Could you help?

Have you installed AI Charger? It's in your utilities downloads. Use your USB 3.0 ports.
