PG278Q Light problem?

Alright so ever since I got this refurbished PG278Q i ve had occasional weird lighting problem when I turn it on. You can clearly see how the lighting (backlight?) isn't fully turned on when the problem appears. So I have to turn off the monitor and turn it back on until it fixes it.

But lately even when I play it happens... the lights (backlight?) kinda shuts off on its own and I have to restart the monitor a few times until it starts working again. Here are some SS of what I mean.

Any tips on how to resolve this issue?

I cant think of any tips or advice that would resolve this issue unfortunately. You may well be better off contacting the company you bought you from to explore possible return or repair options. Good luck.
