So when I bought my GU501GM, the fan overboost option worked just fine. I was able to set the fan to balanced, silent, or overclock depending on what tasks I was running. However, suddenly the feature disappeared from me one day so I reinstalled ROG Gaming Center and updated my bios. This seemed to help since the fan overboost option returned, but every time I click on the fan overboost option, it flickers to overboost and just goes straight back to auto and I have literally no way of changing it. I even tried to download Speedfan but it doesn't seem to work on this model computer for some odd reason. Does anybody know how to fix this or have any suggestions on any other fan control software that will work on the GU501GM? I looked everywhere on Google and found nothing.
