    Phoned asus again and nothing have to wait for the analysis swap team NOW laptops a year old on the 17th never worked as advertised overheats even unvolting doesnt work in fact its come back worse everytime sorry asus your customer service in the uk sucks balls sorry so ANGRY its unreal payed 1,399 for laptop i cant use just a big ass blu ray player phones emails to u are driving me nuts if i had money i would buy a new laptop and have great pleasure in smashing it nothing but a headache shame on u ASUS .

    I have to agree with you, Asus Support really sucks, I'm really amazed that with the Asus personnel that do come into these forums can't or won't help you get this settled out!!!

    Yeah its cause im in the UK not the US im screwed tbh there Support is the worse i have ever seen so so angry wish they would just give me my money back or a upgrade after all this not my fault they should of just replaced the unit several hardware has been replaced 4 mobos 2 LCDs all this is just one sick joke.

    Well the laptops no longer useable thermal throttling opening fire fox lol.swap team is going to give me a RMA number so it can be swapped hope so a year old on the 17th just want my gaming laptop I payed for fingers crossed.Can’t understand why this took so long tbh and I really would like to know what program did the repairer used to test my laptop I seen it was faulty as soon as I got it back why why did they send it back faulty YET AGAIN can any GM answer me?

    I don't think they test at all, I think they put the original image back on fire it up and if all looks good they send it back on your they just kept changing parts hoping to solve the issue each time thinking they had. These tech guy's don't really care its just another unit they have to get out of the shop. Any Asus Repair Guy can correct me on this but Obviously, this is a good example of there incompetency and Lack of concern of Asus management

    The only thing i can figure and I've seen a lot of this kind of crap is the Chinese owners just don't give a crap, they are selling millions of devices and only a few have issues. You would think they would just fix it, but I don't think that is how they think. It's quite obvious that corporate management couldn't care less and won't until sales start dropping. They don't have to answer to anyone. Our customer loyalty reps do try but somehow the issues don't get too corporate management or they simply don't care or see any reason to fix this.     Need Uk customer loyalty reps been a nightmare all of this all the phoneing emails i have a hole folder full and a paper folder just feels like a joke u read it on the net then it happens to you

    Yes it seems you would have a legal way to get even or at least break even. The other manufacturers are pretty much the same I think Dell is the only one with good support nowadays, I used Gateway for years and years because of the great support then it went away so I bought Asus, had issues with G75 but 2nd RMA fixed it well, my sister is still using it. So far this G752VY is golden.
