Hi,
for me, i use the BIOS Q-fan control to set the curve for my CPU and case fans.
Monitoring sensors (GPU and CPU) is taking care of by MSI Afterburner. Afterburner controls the fancurve on my 1080ti too.
Any other program (Speedfan, HWmonitor, AIDIA and so on) i try to use on top of Afterburner causes system freezes, crashes and messed up sensor readings. Its a known ASUS problem on all newer gen mainboards.
So for me, it's down to Bios Q-fan and Afterburner.
