Whenever i double click the' Asussetup' for Intel Lan, it displays the CMD window briefly and then disapperars. It doesn't seem to have done anything. Is that what it's supposed to do? It never showed up again under 'add or remove programs' like it did befire i uninstalled to update to this driver.

z370-f owners, there is now a WIRELESS & a separate BLUETOOTH drivers showing in the downloads. As far as i'm aware the board never supported these features. Or are these for 3rd party components only?

Did you try to run it with administrative rights? Does the LAN works after the update?
AFAIK z370-f doesn't have wireless or Bluetooth like z370-e.

Yeah i did these steps also. The Lan (ethernet connection yes?) is wired and running, but looking at its driver properties in device manager > network adapaters > Intel ethernet connection, driver date is 5/2/2018.

Well you know, except for the custom audio, you can get the most up-to-date drivers elsewhere - you don't have to wait for the pokey or no-show Asus.

You are right, we can get some drivers from Intel and Realtek bu,t, I usually update drivers, except for video drivers, only if I have problems, so I'm not sure if I should do this update, I think I'll update only the sound because of the UWP stuff.

Whilst true, it is easier when it's all in one place. Price of convenience i guess.

Always and I mean Always remove old drivers before installing new ones, never install on top of old drivers, also always remove any utilities ie Sonic Studio, Sonic Radar, etc with the audio drivers

They work perfectly for me on the Maximus X Formula, Maximus X Code, Maximus IX Formula..just to list a few, you need to completely remove all old drivers and software, the new Sonic Studio 3 and Radar 3 are UWP apps now, after installing them you need to goto Windows Store and check for app updates, mine updated to a newer version than what was installed, also Realtek Audio Console is new and also a UWP app, take a look after you install it you will see...

Not True, just use the drivers in the link above, ASUS will eventually out them on the other Motherboard Support pages, they are usually slow.

BTW I'm a system builder and we mainly use ASUS Motherboards, tested these drivers on about a dozen other builds the last 2 days, works perfectly no problems...yet lol
I'm coming from a fresh format.. Whenever new drivers come out that's the route I usually take, I reformat every few months to stay fresh. I don't know why but these drivers keep giving me buzzing sounds in chrome randomly. I have to exit a few times and relaunch chrome until it starts working. Everything else works fine, just the audio drivers. I don't see Sonic Studio in my windows store. Not showing up for me. Previous audio drivers were always around 600-700MB the new one is only 147.83MB. Where else can I get the drivers, everything included? Are they only supplied by ASUS?

I'm very happy with the sound I have, now I don't know if I really will update those drivers.

lol yeah, its making me want to reformat again just for that reason, and go back to previous drivers but I'll stick with it for now or just end up uninstalling them if it happens again.
