G.skill RGB best RGB over clocking modules help / question

    hello guys i have a question .
im running a asus x hero z 370 wifi and currently have this kit
    -Trident-z- rgb-16gb-3000mhz-cl-14-1.35v and i have them running @ 4000 mhz cl-17-18-18-38-1.4v vccio @ 1.21/ vcssa@1.21v stable
    i can run them stable @ 4133 mhz cl-19-19-19-39 @1.4 v so i know my board and cpu 8700k @ 5.1 ghz can run 4133 with out issue .

    link:https://www.newegg.ca/Product/Produc...82E16820232676

would it be worth it to go to this kit and see how much tighter / faster i could get it to run vs my kit
-g.skill-trident-z-rgb-16gb-4133mhz-cl-17-17-17-37-@1.4v ( its on my boards qvl i checked )

    or

G.skill-trident-z-rgb-16gb-4400mhz-cl-18-19-19-39-@1.4v - ( not on my baords qvl but could lower to 4000/4133 cl-15 ish maybee )

or would my current kit @ 4000 cl 17-18-18-38 @1.4v not realy be worth it in the end ?

i would sell this kit for 280 $ candian and pocket out 150 $ +

    Hi bass junkie xl

For the price and the unkown factor if it would actually run, I'd stick with what you have as that is an amazing overclock and blistering fast speed. If it would run, benchmarks would show an increase but I doubt you'd notice the faster ram in gaming and day to day use.

I'd say it's not really worth it in the end but if you want to try it, I won't tell you not to.

Is RGB a must for you? If it isn't, go for the non-RGB kits as they will normally have more margin.
