Hello I have just built a new pc*
MB Rog strix X370-F
Cpu Ryzen 7
Ram vengeance *16 gig 288 pin 3300
Psu 650w evo

Okay problem is when I connect to the onboard HDMI I’m getting no signal to the tv or bios screen
I have checked the board it’s set up correctly but I have spotted the VGA light stays on when I power the board on ? Ram passes extra just that light stays on.

Do I need a graphics card for the first time boot to bios this is a new build so I have zero clue also I believe I have read that this is a common problem with this motherboard but I’m not sure if it’s due to not having a graphics card plugged into the board or I may need a bios update due to cpu ?*

Thank you for that information well that’s made my life somewhat better now I’m very glad people know this stuff as it was worrying me as I have spent a fortune on this build thank you so much I’ll try to borrow one as I’m still waiting on the 1080 TI what I ordered 
