There are both excellent SSDs, and honestly, I don't think you would notice a bit of difference. It may be worth noting that I have seen some issue reports with the 320 series.....but I haven't followed this closely enough to know whether Intel has resolved them yet. I actually have one of each of those drives (a smaller 320), as well as a Crucial, and never had any trouble with any of them.
