Stucking at asus logo while booting.

I purchased laptop just 5 days ago. Sometimes when i try to start the laptop it gets stucked to asus logo and doesnt proceed further . For this i press end key for long and it boots but same problem encounters after fes hours. Kindly solve my problem .

I had the same problem on my GL702 that I think was related to a Win10 upgrade and intel SSD's (that I found out later). Problem got worse to where it would not boot at all. Returned the unit for refund.

Abhishek, the service area is for people with an RMA that has gone wrong. For general issues please post your question to the relevant sub-forum. For now I have moved this thread to the non-ROG notebook area. If you specify which model I can move it to the appropriate area.

It sounds like you have a hardware problem. If your notebook is under warranty you should call ASUS support and request an RMA for repair.
