Help with Offset settings are not stable

Well, I figured out the problem.

First of all, about that overshoot I was questioning all over - so I will go on here with my 5GHz story. And yeah, too much LLC. While for manual voltage LLC6 is way to go to get rid of any possible drops, for Auto/Offset/Adaptive LLC5 gives +/- exactly needed voltage. So now, with 1.38V set in box with LLC5 respectively, I have 1.376-1.392V under load. Even when AVX Battlefield 1 kicks in.

However, it does not gives stability. And I'm 100% sure it's R&D flaw.

The problem is, voltage curve is not straight, and voltage supply is not stable, whatever LLC you use. IRL it looks like sparse, unpredictable voltage drops by a mere 0.01V. Or spike. By exaactly the same 0.01V.
As a result, I get these drops to 1.36V under heavy load, that result in WHEA. And every time voltage drops for a milisecond, I get WHEA.
It conecrns both Adaptive and Offset.

Moreover, 1.36V is not always insufficient under manual voltage. I could say my CPU is 95% stable under 1.36V. So that confuses me aa little, when under manual voltage CPU is +/- stable at 1.36-1.37, but adaptive 1.36 makes CPU struggling with WHEAs.
