Having problems, any help is appreciated. Any thoughts would help.

Original Problem...Network Connection Fails on Boot, Clean windows 10 install tried first (through Control Panel)

1. Uninstall using Device Manager
2. Scan for hardware (Reinstalled and working till next reboot)
3. Update Driver Won't connect, Not visible under network adapter
4. Tried Various setting changes Still same
5. Updated Bios v3701

Computer fails to post after bios update
1. Revert to old bios still fails to boot
2. Upgrade bios still fails to boot
3. Change to bios 2
4. Upgrade using new download EZ Flash (succeeded) but failed to boot
5. Failed to post both bios chips
6. Remove ram, graphics and re-install fails to boot code 53
7. Remove ram, install 1 in A1 code 53
8. Remove and install different in A1 code 53
9. Clear cmos fails to post code 53
10. Use safe boot sw fails post
11. Use mem ok fails to post
12. Use slow mode got into bios
13. All bios settings at minimum will run o/s, setting xmp causes fail to post
14. Tried a few more times to load Bios, Finally ended up with a system that boots,
Installed all ram, Uninstalled Network driver,
Network has to be reset every time,
tried XMP and it now works,
network now won't reset, not visible under adapters.
only 1 bios chip working as i don't want a dead system again.
Motherboard still under warranty.
