Cannot install asus aura sync

I am trying to install asus aura sync onto my system and am getting this error

V 1.06.29

running asussettup.exe

does not support operating system WNT_10.0H_64

I have tried running settup.exe and get

installshield engine (Ikernal.exe) could not be installed. System cannot find the file specified.

I am running windows 10

Anyone ran into this before?

Did you install main drivers on the board? (ime and chipset for INTEL and Chipset to AMD) also doble check if the windows is fully update (17134.228) I have see issues like these. I will asume H is Home edition!

This might sound stupid but did you unzip the package to a folder then install it? I get this exact error every time I click the setup.exe after I just open the zip file. For whatever reason I have to unzip it then install it.
