Hi,

*Back from 3 weeks vacations, I turned my PC and display on, and I got the following display *

75334
75335*

All was working fine before, I tried many things like reset, disconnect USB and HDMI. I don't understand why
suddently after a period of time without using it my monitor is not working ...

I opened a ticket to ASUS, waiting for an answer.

In the mean time if one of you got the same issue, please advice. your comments are welcome.

Thanks,*

Have you tried this monitor on another computer and display port cable?

I tried with HDMI cable , but the results is the same.
I tried to change graphic card port , no change.
I will give a try on another computer.

I have a bad feeling because with no computeur connection , when I power-on the monitor I already got this
bad behavior. I am still waiting for ASUS Support answer

Just tried connected to another PC and graphic card. result is the same. By the way there is no need to have the monitor
connected to a PC, Just power on and the display is already as on pictures posted :(*

Hi,

After having contacted ASUS Support and 1 week discussion  with support contact.
ASUS finaly accepted to change the faulty display by a Refurbish one
Mine was new from February 2018, when the one received is from March 2017

is this kind of deal common with ASUS, as I was expecting a new Monitor, mine bought mine last May ?

Will mine be repaired and sent back, or will I stay with this refurbish one ?

Any experience from the community ?

Thanks.
