What motherboard do you have?
Did you try playing around with the BIOS settings which control how the USB ports function?

We are looking into it, it may take some time. We do not have your motherboard, but we can test other motherboards and the FX753VD.

To Marco1971 and everybody who make mistake to upgrade R.O.G. Gladius with firmware version 1.30 and software Armoury V1.02.26 !

I found how to fix the problem temporarily.
The way is to downgrade to firmware 1.29 and you can du it as how i du it :
1 - Deinstall the Armory software restart p.c. with unplugged mouse.
2 - Start P.c. and plug in the mouse when you are in windows.
3 - Instal previous Armory version from here - https://www.asus.com/us/ROG-Republic-Of-Gamers/ROG_Gladius/HelpDesk_Download/ choose you O.S. press (SEE ALL DOWNLOAD) button download - Version 1.27
2015/07/09 .
4 - After this start the Armory soft. unplug mouse press left+scroll+right button ( keep holding all buttons) that way you deleate your firmware from mouse and free the buttons when you plug in the mouse on your usb port after this you see massage your mouse nead firmware update plug in second mouse and press ok button.
5 - Wait for software to upload old firmware and now you have firmware v 1.29 with old software 1.27 .

I do all the process twice and every time the results are same.

And by the way when you plug in the broken mouse in other computer it same (he just cannot boot ufcource).
