Hi,
I'm going to buy a ASUS X399 ROG Zenith Extreme for my new 2950X rig.

The things that worry me most is:
1) motherboard has a small small fan, that kind of fans are generally really audible and noise, is this the case? can I safely power off the fan in case it is annoying?
2) is the motherboard able to run 2950X as soon as I buy it or I need to update the bios using the flashback procedure before booting the system the first time?
