Asus ROG Zenith Exteme Memory Problems

i'm about to build a Threadripper 2990wx Workstation and choose the ROG Zenith Extreme Mainboard. Now i can't even boot the system because of the flashing yellow dram led...
First, i tried two bars of Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 16 GB DDR4-3000 then two bars of Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 8GB DDR4-3000 Both didn't work...
Can somebody explain me why they don't work? I really don't have a clue... because both are on the compability list of this Mainboard.

Did you manage to update the bios. Usually, that would be the first step before using the 2990WX, plus it may help on memory compatibility

yes i did... tomorrow i`ll try it with 4 bars and do the Bios update again. If i remember correctly i did the Bios update without ram.

Ok, i tried it wit 4 bars of Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 16 GB DDR4-3000... i don't get it. They are listed in the manual as compatible RAM. still get a yellow light. Any ideas what to do? I switched the order, tried only one updated the bios... nothing works
On the display it says code 10 (detect memory)

When you did BIOS update using Flashback method, the LED was flashing blue for some time?

Yes, it blinked blue (i think for 3 times and than faster) and everything was ok according to the manual... Would it work goinging back one version number and then one up again?

Edit: Now it says code 0D

Try mounting the 2 sticks in slot's A1/C1. Hopefully, it'll work 🙂
