Bios is updating LED firmware

I had flashed bios 1503 with no issues. Just noticed this statement today right before the bios splash screen:

"Bios is update LED firmware. Do not shutdown or restart to prevent system failure."

Everything works well otherwise. Don't know what the cause is here. Any ideas?? Thanks.

Oh, just remembered I had just installed the new Aura software yesterday. That may be the issue?

Looks like it’s due to aura, but how to fix it is the next question:

Figured. Doesn't seem to cause any problems. Quite strange. Thanks.

Perhaps it was always happening in the background and is only now that it's been reported (by accident).

No this is recent. I check the post screen often with bios updates which did not happen last week with 1503. Goes with being one of those Anoraky types that Raja talks about around here from time to time. 😄

What I meant was that perhaps it was happening in the background "WITHOUT" any indication / message on screen so you wouldn't know anyway.

Yes, I see what you mean. I would think that’s possible. Someone forgot to remove that part from the code written for the update. *

I was coming here to post this exact same thread lol!

I updated to the new Aura and 1503 as well, getting the same message.
