Asus Aura and Thermaltake Sync Controller
Hello, everyone!
I have problems with the motherboard X299 Prime-Deluxe and the TT Sync Controller TT Premium Edition (https://www.thermaltake.com/Cooler/C...ion/design.htm)
and
https://www.asus.com/campaign/aura/u...romotions.html (RGB accessories)
Everything looks compatible, but does not work (there is a suspicion about the work of add_header +5v)
I opened the case in ASUS. ASUS Service No=E1809114383
I'm very surprised, but a technical support person writes me the following (officially):
++++
I understand your problem, but, we have a own list of equipment that was tested in the our laboratory and in case of inoperability of the device will be the reason for forming an official claim.
In your case, the company Thermaltake indicated its list (https://www.thermaltake.com/db/suppo...pport_List.pdf), for the formation of which our laboratories are not responsible.
As I indicated earlier, it is also described in the instruction manual, the motherboard has a connector and does not provide for the use of third-party adapters / hubs / connectors and splitters, unless there is a special instruction from the developer or a ready-made adapter from the motherboard manufacturer.
++++
Realy? ))
Any ideas?
Someone may know support statements between ASUS and Partners?
Thanks in advance!
Kirill

Was just looking at that exact controller. Were you ever able to get this resolved?
