Dear asus rog enthusiasts.

Since a few days I have a very annoying problem with my video card.

See below for more info.

0x887a0006 - dxgi_error_device_hung

Dirt 3 just hangs without giving a message.

Even 3DMark can not even finish its test. That cancels itself

What I have already done.

Newest Driver installed and old driver tested. Unfortunately, these problems.

3DMark downloaded and tested (As indicated cancels itself) Or crashes.

I would almost think that something is wrong with hardware. Unfortunately, I have nothing to test with other hardware or PC.

See photos below Including the Art facts

Given the visual artifacts, the issue appears to be with the GPU.

1. Make sure you are not running any form of overclock on the card

2. Reseat the GPU, perhaps using a different slot if possible.

The card has not been overclocked. Have the card purely for water and the looks.

I have already removed the card from my system and put it back again. Unfortunately this did not help. Other lock is unfortunately not possible.

RMA ?

Seems the GPU is faulty, if under warranty then RMA is your only resolution.

Fortunately there is still a guarantee on the card.

I will also report to the store for rma. Well bales. Have just entered my new Asus ROG Swift PG348Q Aluminum. Now I can unfortunately no longer enjoy my display in combination with this top card: S
