Window open, only -1, lol. With -10C no problem to start runs in very low single digits on gpu. Usually around 2-3'C.

I fear my oc settings for the chip are simple, it's just the chip that's great. I mean there are little things here and there but rly minor, nothing that can magically make a 5G chip go 5.3G. In simple terms I put in +200mv Adaptive Vcore and 53x multiplier. With 1.990v Input with LLC off, my chip likes it better. CPU Test greatly benefits from high Cache/Mesh and tight memory timings. I ran 3500MHz Mesh at 1.35v.
Cooling certainly helps to squeeze out 100MHz more you can roughly save +/- 1mv per 1C. I cool direct die with der8auer's direct-die-frame that he was kind enough to send me over for a review that I did at the time. You can access it here, it's german though, but the graphs speak for themselves I hope: https://www.hardwareluxx.de/communit...l-1193132.html
Keep in mind the regular TimeSpy CPU test is nothing! Just launching 3Dmark heats the CPU more. If I could smoothly launch 3Dmark it would ran regular TimeSpy run after run.Last edited by CSN7; 12-12-2018 at 12:34 AM.

Ok, I’ll get some posted before I tear my rig down over the weekend. Getting a facelift and engine upgrade. *Certain to make some cry that say SLi is dead. *
Going from obsidian 900D to Enthoo Elite and from 7900X to a 9940X. Was contemplating more cores but I let Thrashzone and Artah *talk me into the 14 core instead with a 30 day window to make it or break it. These guys made some compelling arguments. What sealed the deal is the fact that heat is still at play. Unless you are using LN2 or such it’s just hard to get the heat off the die.*

I played with 2080Ti SLI briefly, the scaling was amazing where it could be found - but that's half the battle.
For 3440x1440 I didn't feel two cards were needed, either.
