I'm not crazy to OC card with almost 1750MHz Boost...
I look to choose such cards because I don't need to overclock them and satisfaction because it's default faster than GTX1080Ti.
I like to OC, but if I need to choose between factory OC and warranty and mine OC I choose factory OC.
Specifications of ASUS GTX1080Ti Poseidon is simply amazing and I would rather choose her than RTX2080.

I think tomorrow my card arrive.
I wasn't brave enough to buy ASUS GTX1080Ti FE from miner several months for 450 euro without warranty.
FE I would OC 100MHz and that would be disapoint if chip is weak.

I understand for people who advice me to buy Strix or Founders or GIGABYTE or MSI install full cover block and OC.
But in best scenario and that's very hard I can maybe and only maybe to reach Poseidon default speed, chance is 1 on 10.
And I would stay on weaker card with 100 euro higher price for GPU block in best case, cheapest version is 100 euro.
And for gaming 50C or 60C is not much different for me.

Other options is buying two Founders Edition GTX1070 for 650 euro. One ASUS and one NVIDIA.
But I didn't had money to put them under water and they would stay like that on CPU with 28 PCI-E lanes.

People still ask over 650 even up to 750 euro for used ASUS GTX1080Ti Strix.
Because dominat Air cooling and people don't have parts to put them under water.
For such price I would ask newest series, and that's not possible.

I hope I will like her, if not, no big deal I will sell her.

Yea that's full cover waterblock and temps depend of watercooling power.
I would not use such hard, it's to shine, orange, I don't know...
I don't like that Plexi, want to become yellowish after some time of use, all parts, pump tops, blocks, everything.
I heard it's very good card but price. For such money I would go on Hydro Copper version, but can't find them here for reasonable price.
Only option is buying for regular price as RTX2080.

Only Hydro Copper block for them is over 160 euro on Caseking.de.

I personaly decide to go with watercooling more because GPU than because CPU.
Because screaming of several, actually all Graphic cards after 1-2 years of use.
No matter what reviews and people say about temperature of cards I don't believe in Air cooling and silence any more.

Without AIO on CPU and AIO on GPU at least no normal PC from my perspective.

Tomorrow when Poseidon arrive I will test her without liquid and add in loop later.
My intention is to her fan work 50% in loop during gaming. I believe with that scenario I will have silence and normal temperatures.
Soon my new radiator arrive I go with best and most proven option Black Ice Nemesis GTX360 radiator.
