Is there anywhere else that I need to post this as a bug so we can have this rectified?
Thanks in advance?

I've just tried again with ver 1.8.7.0 and the issue is still there and not fixed. Upon logout & restart the program defaults. All saved profiles are removed and fan settings also return to default.
PC specs are the same
Windows version is -
Windows 10 Pro
Version 1809
Build 17763.104Last edited by bondibro; 10-19-2018 at 10:25 PM.

tested 1.6.7.0 for gtx1080ti and seems OK.. only the Tools menu where its supposed to recognize ASUS AURA (GFX) is giving me an "install" option, like its not recognizing i already have it.. worked fine on 1.6.5.0.

bottom line, on v1.6.5.0 it used to recognize AURA for GFX, now it simply doesn't.
I have AURA Sync and AURA for GFX.
Understand what you are saying, but works perfectly fine together.
Anyways the "Install" option on XSplit and FutureMark is click-able, while the ASUS AURA GFX isn't.
If anyone else experiencing the same, please let me know.Last edited by katlani; 10-31-2018 at 06:37 PM.

Hi - installed the latest version (1.6.7.0) on Windows 10 64 bit but cannot get the "external fan control" to show up.
The card is a ROG STRIX RX480 OC 8 GB
Before you ask
- yes i connected the fans
- yes i checked in professional mode and clicked the settings button to enable/disable controls -- the entry is just not present
Small detail - the fans I connected are 3-pin DC fans, not 4-pin PWM fans - but i understand both should be supported.
Is this a bug or is something else going on?
