B350-F and 960EVO not getting full speed

As mentioned in mobo description there is NVME 3.0x4 that should allow me to get max speeds of this m.2 drive, however I only get ~2900 read, write is fine ~1500, but why not max read which is 3500? I use latest Samsung driver also installed Samsung Magician to optimize performance now, but even when I was using Windows 10 default driver it was the same read speed. Should I switch something else in BIOS maybe?
I used CrystalDiskMark to test the drive.

Current config:
Ryzen 5 1600X Stock Clocks
STRIX B350-F GAMING
HyperX PREDATOR RGB 2x8GB 2933MHz
SSD 960 EVO + HDD WD 1TB + SSD GOODRAM CX200

Make sure that you installed the latest NVMe Driver. You can find it on the support page from Samsung.

If this doesn't help, check your bios settings. If the "problem" still exists, I can provide some screenshots of my bios settings.

However ~2900 is still good. 3500 is a theoretical value it CAN hit that but it's not guaranteed

Latest driver it is, however am not sure what you mean by bios settings for ssd. I still enjoy 2900, but most of them gets faster (checking online reviews), so am just curious.
