Classic Shell users upgrade to Open Shell before upgrading to 1809

Classic Shell users, the coming windows upgrade to 1809 is going to make Classic Shell no longer work. a new version has been released that will work https://github.com/Open-Shell/Open-Shell-Menu/releases Its now called Open Shell and 4.4.131 works fine on the current version of 1803 and will continue working on 1809
