Pg279q panel problem

Recently, the newly purchased pg279q found a problem with the material of the panel. The coating on the polarizing plate does not seem to be so symmetrical. One or two places look like traces of oil stains~ and can't be completely wiped~~~
Does anyone find such a problem? Again, this is a brand new just bought pq279q
I found this problem when I tried to clean the panel for the first time~~
Is the work really so bad?
