Same here in version 2.44

Edit: OK, found that I'm not using the latest version. I downloaded RealBench from the "downloads" section of my motherboard (Maximus X).

Downloaded the latest version (2.56) and now when trying to do an upload, I get "Upload Failed! Error:", but there's nothing beyond "Error:".
Maximus X Hero (WI-FI AC) | 8700K | CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) | Nivida GTX 1080 TI | Noctua NH-U14S cooler | Windows 10 64 bit

All setting at stock except XMP memory profile.

it seems that RealBench isn't really supported any futher. I make that statement because there seems to not be any input from people in the know. guess i'll move along from this and uninstall RB. bummer. was fun while it lasted.
