dont think it was changed, rather added, usually it comes bundled with the BIOS but sometimes it comes separately.
It doesnt replace the BIOS, just updates the ME FW version that a BIOS comes with usually.

But when the system restarts the system boot time is very -very long and when finally the system booted the D: drive (WD Black HDD 2tb) disappear. When I shut down the pc and i do cold boot the system boot properly and also I can see my hdd. If I reboot the computer it happens again. When I finish installing the geforce driver it works everything fine even the reboot as well. BUT if I do ddu uninstaller to install another version of Geforce driver i got again the same boot problem as long I install the gf driver.

Anyone has any suggestion?Or what can cause this?

Ps. The windows is on samsung 970evo m.2 and the hdd is only for storage.
    Hi all.
After searching several hours i found the solutions for my problem. I just post it here if anyone will struggle with same issue. Btw one of the "THREAD" here already had this discussion. https://rog.asus.com/forum/showthrea...nstalling-IRST
    Solutions:
1.--> Dont install IRST driver as long you dont have raid setup. So far it has not much benefits if you use only SSD for os and HDD for storage. -My opinion.
2.--> Disconnect and Reconnect the sata cable of the HDD. -This solution worked for several people who has been struggled with the same issue.
3.--> After finish windows 10 freshly install-->Install all of the drivers including the vga driver as well and leave the IRST driver for the LAST ONE. - THIS ONE WAS THE BEST SOLUTION FOR ME.
WHAT CAN CAUSE THIS PROBLEM?-->So far i understood from several forums this problem only shows up with WD hdds. The connection of this brand is very sensitive with some of the motherboards. Especially with ASUS. So if Someone wants hdd with Asus motherboard i suggest to buy a different brand.

Thanks for reading this. I know this is thread is not on the correct place but anyway most of the people is visitting this thread especially for drivers.

Huh? I don't think you understand...you can install a NVME driver based on your manufacturer of NVME drive you have, if you have a Samsung 970 EVO for example you install the Samsung NVME driver, if you have an Intel NVME drive like the 660p then you install the Intel NVME driver...

i wouldnt install drivers that did not pass the ASUS sanity/testing/signups/customization.. The only drivers which do not really require so are non-Intel display drivers (NVIDIA for example).
