This doesnt seem to be updating the Intel Shell Pinning Extension in Device Manager, although it is so as a software on Apps?

Why don't you try the one on the Product website that was released July 2, 2019

This feed seems to take a long time to update. Here are the latest I found either on the Asus product support page or on the Intel website.

If you go to Intel and click on the RST download that you want you are provided 3 downloads choose the f6flpy-x64.zip which is driver only. Sometimes you have to look outside the box.

If you are in doubt & you want to check for yourself, right click on "Intel Management Engine Interface" (in "Device Manager" > "System devices") > "Properties" > "Details" tab > Choose "Hardware Ids" from the drop-down menu and note your Hardware Ids (PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_xxxx) and check if you find it in the heci.inf.

Download the complete installation from you MB support page, choose "Drivers and Tools" then choose your OS and under Chipset, download the full MEI Version V1914.12.0.1256 and then install this version from this forum 1919.14.0.1269
