No, no BIOS update is needed for your motherboard to install your new 2080 Ti OC.
But I advise you to update your BIOS because you are on BIOS 0215 (test / pre-sale apparently), while the first BIOS released is the 0403 dated 03/10/2017.
The latest BIOS to date for your motherboard is the 1704 dated 02/10/2018.
