I have recently fitted a Samsung 970 Evo 500gb, I have installed windows 3 times, it just wont fast boot, it takes around 25 seconds to start, would that be a fast Boot?

What's in your build?

Are your upgrading your storage or starting fresh?

Also prioritize your M.2 as the boot drive.
Try getting into BIOS and make sure you've set PCI on your m.2.

Thanks for the reply, I am upgrading my system, I removed other drives, PCie, I7 7700K, RTX 2080 (Asus Dual), the setting just does not appear to work.
