    Having the same issues here using the Au site.

    Just get to the box on the status page that states: 已參加活動查詢
    Would be nice if the error was in English.
    Sent a message to the pomo team but still waiting for a response from them.

    Question never received code

    how long on average does it take to get a response from support@asus-promotions.com?
    I submitted my code on Dec 7, and while the Application Status page says "Code Versendet", which is code sent in German I think, I never received it. I really just want them to resend the email but don't know how else to contact them since the promotions page has no support, and the above email I was only able to find on these forums.
    Does anyone have any advice for contacting them or know if it's possible to automatically request them to resend the code?

    Question One order two monitors

    Yo, hopefully someone can help here..

    Bought two monitors but under one order so only received ONE asus redemption code. How do I get a black ops key for both monitors as they both have unique serial numbers?

    Can I make two game key requests with the same asus redemption code, or do I make one request and just put both serial numbers in?

    COD Black Ops - how long to get a code ?

    REF : COD Black ops 4 promo. I registered my motherboard (ROG Strix Z390E)during the promotion (31st Dec) and successfully (I think although I got no email confirmation) completed the webpage but 3 days later have not been sent the code ! How long does the process take ASUS ?

    Hey guys, just saying that i also can't get my code with my Z390-F, it's listed on bo4xasus as a premium edition, but it's not listed on the step 4 .-.
    Mailed the support, no response.
    Any help would be welcome guys

    I just got the ROG Maximus XI Hero and I did everything to have the code but when I'm on step 4 it says "code is out of stock."

    I just went through this issue with ASUS and Amazon. I bought a qualifying Z390 motherboard from Amazon and never received my code. I contacted Amazon and they told me they are not participating in this promotion. I emailed ASUS support (support@asus-promotions.com) and they were prompt at first. I gave them a picture of my box and a copy of my invoice then I never got a response. Every week for 4 weeks I emailed them asking for a follow up. Finally yesterday they emailed me back with a code to use on their promotions site.

    I was able to redeem the code and they sent a CD key for COD: Black Ops 4. I qualified for the Deluxe edition but it turns out the code I received was for the Standard edition. I'm done fighting with them on this... The promotion was horribly mishandled on many fronts and I hope if ASUS plans to do future bundles they get their act together.

    I've never had an issue with EVGA and their game bundles.

    This has been my exact experience with the code they sent, not heard ANYTHING back from them. From the total lack of responses from mods or whatever it's safe to say they are outright ignoring this situation and are just waiting till the cut off date to screw everyone over. Utter joke of a promo, ASUS customer support is a ****ing joke from my experience so far, and from what I can find online it's nothing new....so from now on I suggest everyone avoids anything from ASUS from now on....I know I will.
