Lmao I have just received an email saying I should have already received my key....I did but the wrong one. I should have got the Deluxe edition but I got the standard edition instead....utter joke this, at this rate this is the last time I buy an ASUS product! Total **** show for the promo they are running, its pathetic. And to think they have been using the same company to run all their promos and this isn't the 1st time this has happened either.........sad.

Edit: Gotta love the email reply I got ''thanks for your email. The code has already been sent. If you can not find the code, please look into your email account's spam folder and other email accounts, too. ''...

It's not like I already told them in the previous email that I received the WRONG VERSION, goes to show they don't actually read your messages, and then to tell me to check my other email accounts....not once did I message them via an alternative account.............useless.

EDIT: i was wrong, i already got my key. but i did have to resubmit all my details again just before. i did it a week ago, said it was done but i got an error too.

resubmitted all my details including the 25 pin key through the 4 step process. got my BO key about 20 mins later.
so if you filled in the form already, i suggest you do it again.

I bought a ASUS ROG STRIX Z370-H with a I7 8700K. I'm definitely due a copy of the Deluxe Edition according to the ASUS promo page https://promotion.asus.com/en/uk/cal...-with-the-best.

    Thumbs up

i have got the message "MISSION ACCOMPLISHED" in the promotion app on my laptop and it state they will email me BO4 key code, all this was done on 16 Oct and still today I have no key. I have contacted ASUS support on many different occasions since i purchase the GX531 laptop. They have been no help. all i get is a bunch of BS and no results.. I have got 2 email from the promotions team, one says we are looking into the issue and the second one sad that the key was sent and to check your spam and other folders. I have still not received no key. I is sad that these people can't even support there own products and promotion.

    ASUS I5-9600K & Z370-E - No Black Ops 4 4 Key?

Hey guys, new member here. Building my first desktop build but I had a question about the new Black Ops 4 ROG promotion and could use some help.

I also realized I started a new thread in general before realizing this one existed. So i'll move my post over to here. I also just emailed the promotions email as well just in case.

I ended up purchasing an Asus ROG Strix 370-E motherboard. I also bought the i5-9600k but I pre-ordered it so I made sure I could get one before they sold out.
After I purchased, and after my chip has shipped I saw the promotion to get Black Ops 4 was for a bundle deal. But since the i5-9600k was pre-order only at the time, and I wanted to buy a Motherboard in person so I could return it in person if there was something wrong I didn't get a key.

Is there any way I can still get a Black Ops 4 key? I've tried contacting Newegg, and Best Buy where I bought the components but they aren't helping too much and said it was for a bundle deal only. I still bought the same components as required in the promotion. Can any of the ASUS staff on here help out a new pc builder, and college student who spent all his money on his new desktop? It would be amazing if I could still get a key from the promotion since I got the same components as in the bundle deal.

it seems like you bought the cpu and the motherboard from two separate stores right? im pretty sure you have to buy the mobo and cpu at the same store to be eligible for the promotion, like you cant buy a cpu and mobo from two seperate stores and still be eligible for the deluxe bo4 promotion, if i understand correctly the promotion is somewhat tied to the store that you buy your products from.
you wouldnt be able to enter the promotion at the moment anyway because you will need to take a picture of the physical box for the cpu and upload it, since you cant do that at the moment, you would have to wait until it arrives.
im just not sure why you would buy a mobo and cpu from different stores, why not buy the mobo at the same store you preordered the cpu? the only reasonable explanation would be to save a couple bucks, because time wasnt an issue and you went to two stores instead of one.

THIS IS MOST LIKELY AN INCORRECT AND CAN ALSO BE ARGUED BY THIS STATEMENT: 'when do you gain enough knowledge to act?' PLEASE DONT BE TOO CRITICAL, THIS IS JUST MY OBSERVATION FROM THE INFORMATION THAT I WAS GIVEN:
by saving a couple bucks and going to two different stores you missed out on the bo4 promotion unfortunately, next time it would be best to do the research before you commit to something if you want to avoid something like this happening again.

the only thing i suggest is seeing if anything is wrong with the mobo or cpu and returning it and then purchasing both from the same store, im pretty sure that will be your best option at the moment unless anyone can think of a better option. its just that the stores you bought it from wont take the product back if it works and the only reason for the return is to get the bo4 promotion.z

edit: let me know if this makes sense or not, i can clarify if anything

edit2: it also seems like if you are in the USA you arent eligible for the promotion with the z370-e mobo, have a look on the promotion page based on which region you are in, the only mobo that is eligible for the bundle promotions with the cpu in the USA is the ROG MAXIMUS X or MAXIMUS XI series.
if you are in Australia then it seems like the z370-e is eligiblefor the bundle promotion

I bought a GL703GM-NS73 from NewEgg and did everything I'm supposed to. Updated Windows 10, updated all ASUS software, got my laptop registered, etc. I got no pop-up about CoD: BO4.

I contacted ASUS Support thru chat and was told to find the ASUS Promotion app that was part of the ASUS software update. I found the app, but it did not run. I clicked the software, the pointed changed to a spinning icon, then nothing.

I was then given an e-mail, which is the support@asus-promotion.com address. They promptly told me to try what the chat agent told me and of course, that failed. I told them it failed and they said they were "going to check the case" and they were going to "contact me" afterwards. They also asked for "a little patience."

This was on Friday, the 19th. I just want my friggin' game.
