Just installed my new Asus z390 code board with the following*

Intel 7 8068 cpu
Corsair pro 3200mhz rgb ram
Corsair H150i
EVGA Supernova 1000 p2
And fans
I double checked all my connections twice and seem to be right but the system doesn’t give any beeps or code errors. Just 00 . Tried with 1 stick of ram. I have no video card as I had to send it back for warranty issues .shouldnt the system give codes ?
