Hello i've question

i have ryzen 2600 overclock to 4.1ghz with offset voltage on 0.2500 it was perfectly stable
and then i setting back all to default to overclock and thightening memory (Vengeance RGB PRO 3000mhz) to 3522 16.17.17 with 1.45v perfectly stable now
after that i combine both my CPU and RAM overclock and it didn't stable with prime test (on test 1 or 2 it will fail)

i did try bump SOC Voltage 1.2, cpu voltage to near 1.45 and even dram voltage 1.5 nothing help
so probably some people can help me on this so it can stable on both overclock ?
